{"id":19,"date":"2018-07-15T15:03:25","date_gmt":"2018-07-15T13:03:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bourhis.fr\/cuisine\/?p=19"},"modified":"2020-01-12T15:30:19","modified_gmt":"2020-01-12T14:30:19","slug":"tarte-amandine-au-fruits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bourhis.fr\/cuisine\/tarte-amandine-au-fruits\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte amandine au fruits"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>1kg de fruits (abricots, p\u00eaches, poires, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>200 g de p\u00e2tes bris\u00e9es (sans gluten si n\u00e9cessaire)<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille<\/li>\n<li>5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de Poudre d&rsquo;amande<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Recette<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0C (th 7).<br \/>\nBeurrer un moule \u00e0 tarte de 22 cm de diam\u00e8tre (ou utiliser du papier cuisson).<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te, en garnir le moule, et y disposer les fruits (pr\u00e9alablement lav\u00e9s) coup\u00e9s en 2, 3 ou 4 (selon la taille).<br \/>\nEnfourner 10 min.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, dans un saladier, bien m\u00e9langer le sucre et la poudre d&rsquo;amande.<br \/>\nY ajouter les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et la vanille.<\/li>\n<li>Sortir la tarte du four, verser sur les fruits la pr\u00e9paration aux amandes.
